Miki Blanchard, MPT
"Physical Therapy is an amazing creative art, as well as a grounded physical science. I have learned everyday of my 21 years in practice about the will, determination and compassion of the human spirit. The ability to work with patients and change lives is the greatest benefit. I believe that by educating patients about their diagnosis and giving them the tools they need to reach their goals that you empower them, making them an active member of the health care team.
I have experience in almost every aspect of the rehab continuum including acute hospital care, home care, outpatient orthopedics, and injury prevention, neurological rehabilitation and pain management. I enjoy working with all types of patients and diagnoses from child to mature adult. As a working mom of two active toddlers and recreational athlete, I appreciate the importance of a realistic rehabilitation plan that will return patients to their highest level of function as quickly and efficiently as possible."
