Dear Dr. Sterett,
It has been a little over a year since my knee (right) surgery and wanted to thank you for the work you have done. If you recall, I had complained about my left knee as well. Hiking down hill, I got sharp pains in the outside area of the knee. You had prescribed PT rather than surgery, which I gave a full try, however not a huge success for me. I had almost lost hope...

I want to mention to you a more recent success I have had with the Vail Integrative Medical Group offices. Joel Dekanich, DC, EMT, DACBSP, CSCS has been a tremendous help and given me back a ton of hope! With his chiropractic and muscle-release procedures I have felt the most stable walking down stairs and have many hikes pain-free. As for my results with them, I honestly could not believe it. I am still working on building up to longer and bigger hikes, however even this breakthrough I thought was worth mentioning to you. I cannot stress enough what a huge relief it was for me to give them a try and see what immediate results I felt.

Dear Mark,
... That last adjustment was the end of the problem. I am now working out in water to regain and boost my strength. I found that I can do the exercises you gave me--in water, nice. I have not found a Chiropractor in my area that is anything like you but I am asking around.
